
AldeWell Launch Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This prize draw is run by Suffolk GP Federation CIC (“the Federation”).
2. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to individuals who are:
- Aged 16 or over at the time of entry; and
- Currently employed by a Suffolk GP Federation member practice; or
- Working as a sessional GP within Suffolk, including the Out of Hours Service; or
- Employed directly by Suffolk GP Federation in Unity Healthcare or the Out of Hours Service.
- Proof of eligibility may be requested.
3. How to Enter
- Entry is by completing a full AldeWell registration using a valid practice sign-up code.
- Registrations must be fully completed by 23:59 GMT on Sunday 01 March 2026.
- Individuals who attend the Member Services Showcase on 24 February 2026 and register will automatically receive one additional entry.
- Only one standard entry per person is permitted (plus one additional entry for Showcase attendees).
- No purchase is necessary.
4. The Prize
- The prize consists of:
- A Sunday to Thursday dinner, bed and breakfast (DBB) overnight stay in a superior double room at Hintlesham Hall Hotel;
- Is valid for one year from the date of issue;
- Excludes Bank Holidays and peak dates, including but not limited to Christmas, New Year and other key calendar events, as defined by Hintlesham Hall Hotel,
- Includes a £40 per person dinner allowance for up to two guests;
- Includes full English breakfast;
- Maximum two occupants;
- Room may be pet-friendly for one dog, subject to availability.
- The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Hintlesham Hall Hotel.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a computer-generated process.
- The winner will be notified by 04 March 2026 using the contact details provided at registration.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Federation reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The winner’s name may be published in the Federation’s March newsletter and on the Federation website.
6. Prize Collection and Publicity
- The winner must be available to collect the prize at Hintlesham Hall between 05 and 09 March 2026, at a mutually agreed time.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the publication of their name. Participation in photography for promotional purposes is optional and subject to written consent.
7. Data Protection
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Federation’s Privacy Notice. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their contact details for the purpose of administering the competition.
8. Technical and General
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Federation accepts no responsibility for registrations not successfully completed due to technical issues or system errors.
The Federation reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms.
The Federation reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw in exceptional circumstances.
