Akeso Coaching & Mentoring for All Primary Care Staff

Coaching and mentoring is an inclusive offering available to all professions within the NHS and social care, irrespective of pay grade, clinical and non-clinical roles.

 

Akeso offers confidential coaching and mentoring support, their trained coaches are all GPs or Primary Care Nurses who will understand your work environment and role.

Eligible roles

Norfolk & Suffolk ICB have funded coaching for primary care professionals with Akeso Coaching network. Primary care staff can access up to 4 sessions over a year.

These sessions will support you to explore issues and set goals and methods of assessing progress in relation to the goals in a non-judgemental way. You can choose your preferred coach from the list on their website or they can allocate a suitable coach for you.

  • Nurses
  • Physician Associates
  • Practice/Business/Operations Managers
  • GP New to Practice Fellows
  • Paramedics (including advanced roles)
  • Nursing Associates
  • PCN Managers
  • GPs working in out of hours
  • Pharmacists (including advanced roles)
  • HCAs
  • Reception and clerical staff
  • Dentists
