We’re pleased to introduce AldeWell, a dedicated wellbeing platform for primary care teams across Suffolk, powered by Hapstar.
AldeWell has been designed as a simple, supportive digital front door: a space to pause, reflect, and access the right support at the right time.
A Simple Way to Check In
AldeWell is available 24/7, recognising that many of us find it easier to reflect or seek support outside of traditional 9–5 hours.
Through short, regular check-ins, AldeWell can:
- Help you reflect on how you’re feeling
- Suggest tailored content and practical steps
- Signpost relevant support options
- Support long-term wellbeing
- Identify early warning signs over time
It won’t replace human contact or existing services. Instead, it helps you access support earlier, with greater clarity and confidence.
