East Of England NHS Leadership Academy – Coaching & Mentoring Hub

Coaching and mentoring is an inclusive offering available to all professions within the NHS and social care, irrespective of pay grade, clinical and non-clinical roles.

 

The Coaching and Mentoring Hub has been designed to enhance the quality of the service you receive and provide an easier, more effective way of managing your coaching and mentoring relationships.

Eligible roles

NHS Leadership Academy Coaching & Mentoring Hub is available to the following roles in Suffolk and North East Essex, to obtain confidential information, advice, support on their careers, personal development, and well-being.

  • GPs (including locums and trainees)
  • Nurses
  • Occupational Therapists (including advanced roles)
  • Physician Associates
  • Practice/Business/Operations Managers
  • GP New to Practice Fellows
  • Paramedics (including advanced roles)
  • Physiotherapists (including advanced and FCP roles)
  • Nursing Associates
  • PCN Managers
  • GPs working in out of hours
  • Pharmacists (including advanced roles)
  • Dieticians (including advanced roles)
  • HCAs
  • Reception and clerical staff

 

All AARS roles

  • Clinical roles not included in above count.
  • Non-clinical roles not included in above count.
